This notice explains how Cole Demas Mentoring & Consulting LLC handles information shared through this website. Updated September 24, 2026.
What you choose to share
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, support preference, a short description of your needs, and scheduling preferences. Specific date suggestions are optional. You can write “flexible” for your general availability. Please avoid sensitive personal information, confidential employer or client details, and documents containing information about other people.
Preparing and sending an inquiry
Entering information and reviewing your inquiry keep those details on the page in your browser. The form does not save a draft in browser storage or send its contents while you type.
When you choose “Open email to send,” your details are placed in a draft in your email app. You must send that email yourself. Your email provider handles that draft and message under its own policies. “Copy inquiry” puts the message on your clipboard so you can paste it into your email service.
Choosing “Send my request” submits your details through the website's hosting service and Resend to Cole's business inbox. The form reports that your request was sent only after the email service accepts the message. Requested dates remain unconfirmed until Cole replies to agree on a day and time.
How information is used
I use inquiry details to reply, understand the support you need, and arrange a conversation. If we work together, relevant information may also be used to deliver services and maintain business records. Making an inquiry does not sign you up for a marketing mailing list.
Website hosting and email providers process information needed to operate these services. Hosting infrastructure may process technical details such as IP addresses and request logs for security and delivery. This website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.
Sharing your experience
The testimonial form asks for your experience, the support you received, your relationship to Cole, contact details, and your publication preference. An optional private note is separate from your experience answer. The form keeps your answers on the page while you type; it does not save a browser draft. Submitting sends them through the hosting service and Resend to Cole's business inbox.
Every response is reviewed privately. Nothing is published automatically. If you give permission, only your experience answer, the public attribution you enter, and the relationship you selected may appear on this website. Your contact name, email address, and private note are not published. If you select prior approval, Cole will contact you before publishing. Private-only feedback stays private.
Cole will request approval before editing or shortening your words. Contact him to correct your response or change or withdraw publication permission. Submitted responses and permissions may be retained in business email records; this form does not add you to a marketing list.
Client documents and confidentiality
Completed questionnaires, agreements, invoices, and session notes are not published on this website. For work paid for by an employer or involving a team, we will agree on what information can be shared with the sponsor and participants before work begins.
Information is retained as needed to respond, provide agreed services, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Email and web services cannot guarantee absolute security; keep your first inquiry brief.
