WHAT WE CAN WORK ON
For new supervisors, experienced managers, and teams ready to improve how they work together. We choose the focus around your audience.
Address the issue with respect, listen to the other person, and agree on a clear next step.
Connect expectations to purpose. Help employees understand their contribution and take ownership of the outcome.
Practice difficult conversations and realistic commitments while remaining approachable at every level.
A capable employee becomes a supervisor, but struggles to give feedback to former peers. We could explore how to name the concern, explain the expectation, and invite a response—then practice the conversation.
Illustrative workshop scenario. Your session is shaped around your group's needs.
CHOOSE THE CONVERSATION
01 / LISTEN & REFLECT
A focused 30- or 45-minute session combining stories, leadership ideas, and your audience's questions.
02 / DISCUSS & PRACTICE
Work through relevant situations, practice responses, and identify an action participants can try.
03 / ALIGN & COMMIT
Make room for honest reflection on how your managers lead and agree on habits to bring back to the team.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR
More than a decade in construction and quality assurance has shown me how leadership shapes people's confidence and growth. I've experienced the difference between managers who make room for people and those who hold them back.
I bring direct feedback, patient listening, and respect for every role. My aim is to help your people turn a useful conversation into an achievable next step.
More about my approachLET'S MAKE A PLAN
Share your audience, date, location, and what you'd like people to take away. I'll personally follow up to discuss the fit, format, and scope.
Please inquire at least 30 days ahead when possible, allowing time for preparation and any required licensing or permits. Shorter-notice requests are considered case by case.
We agree on the session and total fee in writing before you commit. An inquiry does not reserve a date; bookings require my confirmation of availability and any required approvals.
Both include one planning call, preparation tailored to your audience, and a one-page participant takeaway. Workshops and retreat facilitation are custom quoted.
All fees are in USD. Travel, lodging, additional sessions, and extensive customization are quoted separately. Any required licensing or permit costs are itemized in your written quote and included in the agreed total, along with applicable sales tax, before booking.
